Postdoctoral Research Fellow

Fall 2020 - Spring 2023

I collaborated with scholars and students with a range of expertise at the Memory Dynamics Lab (PI: Andrew Butler; Washington University in St. Louis).  to bridge the educational and cognitive psychology literatures on self-regulation. Using multi-method approach (e.g., experimental design, experience sampling method, self-report surveys), we carried out several interdisciplinary studies on learning and motivational strategies, planning of learning, and multiple goals pursuits.

Academic Coach, Dennis Learning Center

Summer, 2019

I provided one-on-one academic coaching to undergraduate students in a retention program called Spring Forward program at OSU. This program aims to support students from diverse backgrounds who had struggling first year at the university. The goal is to help students enter their second year with confidence & knowledge of opportunities.
